Yes, a signed BAA is included with every customer
agreement at no additional cost. Our BAA covers
permitted uses and disclosures of PHI, breach
notification procedures (within 72 hours), safeguard
obligations, and subcontractor chain-of-trust
requirements.

located in the United States. Our infrastructure
includes redundant systems, automated backups, and
disaster recovery capabilities to ensure your data is

Getting Started
Implementation & Support
The fastest path is to
book a demo. We'll walk through the platform together, understand
your specific workflows and pain points, and outline the
right implementation path for your practice. Most
offices are live within a few weeks of signing.
Implementation follows four phases:
Discovery (we analyze your current
workflows and identify revenue gaps),
Configuration (platform customized to
your PMS and payer mix),
Deployment (team training and go live),
and Optimization (ongoing improvement
through analytics and dedicated support). The process is
designed for minimal disruption to your daily
operations.
We provide role-specific training during implementation,
front desk, billing, and management each get sessions
tailored to their workflows. Ongoing resources include
documentation, video guides, and access to our support
team. Training is included in your onboarding, not
billed separately.
All customers have access to our support team by email
during business hours. Enterprise and DSO customers
receive a dedicated account manager and priority
response SLAs. Our knowledge base and documentation are
available 24/7 at no additional charge.

monthly subscription base plus a performance component
